Training provides: * teaching certification that aligns with Edmonton Public Schools’ foundational policy on Welcoming, Inclusive, Safe, and Healthy Learning and Working Environment and the District’s Teaching Sexual Health Guide * up-to-date evidence and research-based strategies through community partnerships and institutions * opportunities to connect and collaborate with community partners, agencies, and institutions that can provide further service, training, coaching, and access to community resources and supports

Educators can provide useful sexuality education to students from minority and foreign cultures; but they need to learn from families how different cultures view sexuality. How to create spaces for sharing different perspectives of our diverse parents, youth and children.
